Sam has led numerous supply chain transformation initiatives during his 15 years in the field. Sam is an expert in supply chain strategy, strategic sourcing, AI-enabled analytics, and sustainable product design. Before starting Sustainable Supply Partners, he was Director, Supply Chain Sustainability at Delta Air Lines where he led their net zero supply chain and supplier diversity programs. Sam started his career at Deloitte Consulting. Sam received his MBA from Columbia Business School and studied sustainability & lifecycle analysis strategy at MIT.

Azad Rahman

Azad has over 13 years of experience in supply chain strategy and strategic sourcing. Azad led large-scale supply chain transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies during his 5 years at Deloitte Consulting. Most recently, Azad founded Alana Athletica which produces yoga-inspired products in partnership with women who have survived abuse in Sri Lanka, his native country. Azad’s early experiences seeing his aunts work at apparel factories in Sri Lanka led him to focus on sustainable supply chain solutions.

An engineer by training, Rajeev has deep expertise in supply chain strategy and restructuring. During his 10 years at Deloitte Consulting and EY, Rajeev led M&A and operational restructuring projects for a range of clients. Rajeev is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management.
